Switch on using the Students and Educators plan, for free!
Here is an overview of the steps to get started with the Students and Educators plan.

Note: You will not be able to access Concerto under the Education plan until your eligibility is confirmed. Be sure to start the process of confirming your eligibility early enough to make sure you have access when class starts.
- It may take a couple of days to confirm your status while we confirm your eligibility based on the documentation you have provided.
- After your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive one year of free* Educational access to the Concerto platform, support and help centre.
- Access is renewable annually as long as you are eligible.
Get started
- If you don't already have one, create a Concerto account.
- Confirm your eligibility, which involves validating your role as a Student or Educator with a qualified educational institution.
- Activate your account
Note: An email address from your educational institution is not sufficient or required to confirm eligibility.
Create an account for Students and Educators
If you are new to Concerto, you will need to create a Concerto account to use the software under the Education plan. Make sure you are eligible for an educational plan.
If you already have a Concerto account, simply sign in to your account and skip to Confirm eligibility for Students and Educators.
To create a Concerto account
- On the Student sign up page on the Concerto, fill in and submit the form.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter basic information about your school or institution and yourself. When prompted to select your education role, choose one of the following:
- Choose Student or Educator if you plan to use Concerto with students.
- Once your account information is submitted, you'll receive an email to click the activation link in the email to activate your account.
If you don't receive the account confirmation email
- Wait at least 15 minutes.
- Check your spam or junk email folders.
- Make sure your email server allows receipt of emails from support@concertoanalytics.com
- If you still haven't received the email, try to sign in again.
- Resend the activation email when prompted.
- If this still doesn't work, you may have made a typo when entering your email address. Try creating your account again, and confirm your email address entry at sign-in.
If you forget your password
- To reset your password, click Forgot? on the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address used to create your account.
Confirming eligibility for Students and Educators

To access Concerto and services under the Education plan, you must confirm your eligibility. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide documentation of enrollment or employment at a qualified educational institution.
Note: An email address from your educational institution is not sufficient or required to confirm eligibility.
Important: You will not be able to access Concerto under the Education plan until your eligibility is confirmed. Be sure to start the process of confirming your eligibility early enough to make sure you have access when class starts.
- If your school is not already listed as a qualified educational institution, it may take a few days or more to validate it.
- If you have to upload documentation, it may take a couple of days to confirm your eligibility.
If you have an urgent need to use Concerto while your eligibility is still being confirmed, you can use a free 21-day trial.
To confirm eligibility
- Visit the student Sign up page
- Click Sign In. Enter your email address and password.
- Insert your school name in the field.
- Double-check all information.
- Click submit.
Important: Be sure that your profile information is correct and that it matches the information held by your school because you won't be able to change it later.
You have up to 30 days to upload a suitable document. Once you have uploaded your documentation, it may take a couple of days for your eligibility to be confirmed by Concerto support.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email welcoming you to Concerto. This email includes links to the User Guide, Support Resources, and the Blog.
